Bertin Ergonomie at the heart of Voice Assistants in RENAULT cockpits

RENAULT's Innovation Department wants to understand the reasons for the failure to use voice technologies, even when they are available in vehicles. Simply moving the push-to-talk button has had no impact on the development of use.

To remedy this, RENAULT called on Bertin Ergonomie, which has developed an original approach to assessing the acceptability and use of voice assistants based on interviews with customers who have bought vehicles equipped with these systems.
