1. Data controller and contact details
The data controller is Human Design Group, SAS, whose registered office is situated at Le Colbert, 7 ter rue de la Porte de Buc, 78000 Versailles.

2. Data processed on this website

Contact form
We collect your name, email address, subject and message so that we can respond to your enquiry. Fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory. Without them, we cannot process your enquiry.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us or, if your enquiry relates to a service, pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Messages are forwarded to our email system and are not stored on the website. They are retained for the duration of the processing of your enquiry. If this leads to a business relationship, they are retained for 18 months from the date of the last contact.

Your address will not be used to send you our newsletter unless you have signed up for it.

Newsletter
Your email address is used to send you our newsletter. It is stored on our website and passed on to our email service provider, Mailchimp.

• Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.
• Retention period: until you unsubscribe or, at the latest, 3 years after your last contact with us.

Technical journals
Our server records the IP address, the date and time of the connection, and the pages requested, in order to ensure the security and smooth operation of the website.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
• These logs are kept for a maximum of one year.

Applications
Applications submitted via our careers page (humandesigngroup.recruitee.com) are managed on the Recruitee platform, our recruitment provider.

Business relations and prospecting

3. Recipients and data processors
Your data is accessible only to authorised personnel at Human Design Group.

They are processed on our behalf by our subcontractors: OVH (website hosting), Microsoft (email), Mailchimp (newsletter) and Recruitee (job applications).

They are neither sold nor transferred. A full list of our subcontractors is available on request.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our service providers, notably Mailchimp and Microsoft, are US-based companies that may process data in the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can obtain a copy of the applicable safeguards by writing to us.

5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and transfer your data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, and set out instructions regarding what should happen to your data after your death.

This website does not set any advertising or social media cookies. It only uses cookies that are necessary for its operation and Matomo audience measurement cookies: _pk_id (13 months) and _pk_ses (30 minutes).

Audience measurement

We use Matomo, which is installed on our servers, to generate anonymous visitor statistics. It is configured in accordance with the conditions set by the CNIL to be exempt from the requirement for consent. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the website’s audience and improving its usability.
