Bertin Ergonomie helped its client (confidential) to design a mobile interface that would make it easier to put employees from different entities in touch with each other, with the aim of sharing skills and knowledge. Most of the work was carried out over a week in Hackaton mode, or how to develop an IT project (hack) in a short space of time (marathon).
Bertin Ergonomie's ergonomics consultants in charge of the project helped the project team to define the values of the application, identify the challenges, designate the screens and create a visual identity. This time-focused, participative approach, carried out in a spirit of gamification, made it possible, in addition to the design, to assist the project team in implementing the values it wanted to associate with the project and to give it the means to convince a community of «early adopters».
