As part of the modernisation and expansion of the T2 baggage sorting line (300m²), ADPI is planning to reorganise the baggage sorting team (AF / ADP), requiring a thorough review of the layout of the supervision room (new operator workstations to be integrated, pitfalls to be avoided, existing work situations to be optimised).
In a sensitive social context, Human Design Group identified operational needs and consolidated them with operational staff (25 people from APD and AIRFRANCE).
In collaboration with the ADPI and AIRFRANCE teams, HDG defined the ergonomic programme for the layout of the future supervision centre with regard to business needs (information flow, confidentiality, comfort, etc.) and expected technological developments.
HDG's involvement helped to speed up a project by facilitating change management and the acceptance of solutions by the various stakeholders (Project, Operator, Ergonomist, Staff Representative).
A detailed specification file for the layout and future workspaces was drawn up by HDG to enable ADPI to carry out the work (ergonomic programme, Folios of plans, sections, elevations, technical description, estimate).
