Fitting out head office

Need

New head office

As the group's flagship building, CNIM's new head office had to reflect the company's values and offer spaces that reflected both the group's tradition and history and CNIM's own modern technology.

Management wanted high-quality spaces that would match the site's 1,400m² address (Rue Bassano - Paris), but also spaces that would serve its employees.

Intervention

HdG has joined the project team responsible for defining the future workspaces of CNIM's head office (Paris - Bassano).

In collaboration with Schoenert, HDG participated in the design of the site development (150 people) from the early stages of the project to the definition of the microzoning. In particular, HDG's role was to :

  • Supporting the transformation of its business organisations by identifying opportunities for cooperation within operating entities
  • Define an ergonomic design programme for future work and non-work areas
  • Participating in change management centred on the co-design of workspace layout solutions with users and encouraging them to take ownership of the project
  • Helping to define and qualify layout solutions in terms of macro and micro-zoning, choice of furniture and corporate image

Results

Human Design Group's involvement helped to speed up a refurbishment project by facilitating change management and the acceptance of solutions by management and employees.

Benefits
