Need

Redefining the role of human factors in industrial processes

Start by ensuring that the ergonomics (centred approach is taken into account from the strategic processes from the company to the workplace?

Intervention

In this project, the Human design Group consultants had to evolve the orthodoxy of the ergonomic approach to apply the components of the human factor in the company's core processes (Business process) and their translation into production processes. 

Inscribed in the standards governing production methods, ergonomics is becoming essential for every transformation of the company.

Results

The actions that have enabled us to achieve this development:

  • an audit of the various processes from the point of view of the ergonomics and human factors,
  • the participation of players at both levels (strategic and operational). operational) to design the two types of process,
  • defining an action plan to implement the changes defined and tested,
  • support for Airbus in this project ambitious.
