Need

Human Factors Integration Plan

Definition of the application's HMI architecture :

  • analysis of the functions to be integrated,
  • meeting human factors and ergonomic requirements,
  • structuring and prioritising the application's functions,
  • navigation validation,
  • definition of the system architecture flowchart,
  • initialisation of the style guide.

Intervention

We put in place an FH methodology to capture operational needs, co-design HMIs with users and technical teams, and evaluate them while respecting the contractual and timeframe framework.

Results

● Technical teams trained to take account of operational needs

● Including end users at every stage of the design process

● A more graphically coherent and user-friendly system
