The technical development of a product must be accompanied by guarantees that the solution will be easy to use. We therefore supported our customer with a forward-looking design approach.
We supported the technical team in designing a minimalist interface to guide day-to-day use, and provided ergonomic expertise to the product team. Finally, we conducted proof-of-concept tests in a multi-cultural environment.
