Integrating human factors as effectively as possible into a project to design and build ships and drones designed to identify/analyse/decoy/neutralise mines
Identification of the Ergonomics and Human Factors workstreams for the project :
- Immersion in the project, its constraints and interfaces
- Analysis of project requirements (FOH standards and customer requirements, processes and methods required)
- Interviews with batch managers to identify needs, challenges and priorities for the programme and the right level of involvement and integration within the teams.
- Definition of work sheets and methodologies adapted to each site and each schedule
