Need

As part of the overhaul of its digital services platform, Pickup is looking to rationalise and bring together brand and customer experience.

Designing a coherent brand experience requires dialogue between functions with different cultures, methods and tools heterogeneous. How can these stakeholders be aligned on a vision common, actionable and controllable in How long does it last?

Intervention

We have made user research the common reference point for the players, through a workshop to share a common vocabulary. Finally, taking these inputs as components of the value chain, we qualified the efforts to prioritise the projects.
