Renovation of RTE's regional headquarters

As part of the project to relocate RTE's regional headquarters (500 employees in the Palatin building in Nanterre - 20,000 m²), Human Design Group assisted RTE with the macrozoning phase.

Intervention

Formalise a charter for RTE defining the principles structuring future developments

  • Drawing up a diagnosis and cross-referencing with the designated space-planning firm on the layout solutions to be favoured
  • Meeting with the site's various departments to understand and model the organisational operating logics between the teams (information flows, synergy, confidentiality, expected proximity) and the performance kpi specific to each business.

Results

The Human Design Group's involvement enabled us to :

- Consolidate the organisational and operational needs of employees through interviews
- Optimising and validating the layout plans proposed by the space planner
- Make recommendations for the microzoning phase
- Present the project to the Works Council and approve it
