Intervention

Human Design Group offers advice on Ergonomics and Human Factors to carry out analyses in close collaboration with the Safety Department Organisational and Human Factors (OHF). These studies have enabled :

  • Analyse the targeted activities and actions in situ from the point of view of the’Ergonomics and Human Factors;
  • Carry out a diagnosis FOH to identify the human and organisational failure scenarios that could contribute to the functional failures targeted; ;
  • Draw up proposals for improvements to’Ergonomics and Human Factors operating processes, including the definition of technical, organisational and human systems to be implemented to prevent, detect and limit the consequences of identified failures.

Results

Human Design Group has defined a set of risk management systems for the Romans site, as well as a human factors action plan to implement these systems.
