From project management assistance through to the design of the target system, we have supported GRTgaz in its drive for continuous improvement in working conditions.
Following a co-design process involving the end-users, we defined the functional and technical specifications adapted to the reference irritants in the activity analysis, and aimed at assisting welders in their daily work, and then ensuring the end-to-end design of the devices thus anticipated.
We organised working groups using a design thinking approach, an iterative design process that quickly produced efficient functional prototyping. We involved users throughout the design cycle, from the initial hypotheses through to user tests with the prototypes, with the aim of enriching the design with feedback from design reviews based directly on constraints in the field.
