- Support RATP in defining the roles of the agents working at the PC;
- Determine the future operational requirements of agents in terms of ergonomics of the workspace in view of the new organisation envisaged within the PC ;
- Conduct architectural surveys of existing workspaces to identify any technical layout constraints;
- Formulate a set of guidelines for planning and design’Workspace ergonomics taking into account existing standards and future operational requirements;
- Use an iterative and participative approach to ensure that the requirements of each stakeholder (operator, engineering, maintenance, regulatory authorities, etc.) are taken into account;
- Specify the’Workspace ergonomics of the PC (general layout, arrangement of workstations) and control the physical environment of the room (acoustics, lighting and heat) by proposing solutions adapted to the needs and constraints and/or architectural choices;
- To propose a design and image concept for the future control room that combines modernity, comfort and quality.
