The 44,000 m² WINDOW building at La Défense, the future headquarters of RTE, will involve the relocation of 2,100 employees. The project includes changes to working methods and the introduction of new technologies dedicated to «working differently».
RTE asked Bertin Ergonomie to lead a design thinking process on the programming and uses of the new building, based on the organisation of user workshops. The participative approach was carried out in collaboration with a space planner for the specification of the layouts of each entity (100 workshops). The approach was integrated into the RTE's change management process.
