2025

Sow to reap.

Parcours 2024,
outlook for 2025.

Despite the winds of 2024 being less favourable to industrial and public investment, Human design Group has managed to stay on course and steer a steady course, on the strength of its conviction in its raison d'être to embody, against all the odds, the need to be that recognised missing link, to innovate and design solutions focused on user efficiency.

We continue to demonstrate that the benefits are essential: for the competitiveness of our most strategic transformations, for revealing the best of the added value of human labour in the face of technological change, and also for protecting our society from the risks imposed by the continuous acceleration of change. In recognition of its raison d'être, Human design Group was included in the Top 100 most innovative digital companies in 2024 (KPMG Numeum barometer).

By 2024, Human design Group will have continued to be involved in major transformation programmes in line with our national innovation strategy, France 2030. Whether it's our sovereignty in terms of defence (through programmes to computerise our forces), our production industrialisation challenges (through the ramp-up of factories) or decarbonisation (through our projects to ensure the reliability of new SMR nuclear reactors or the operation of new facilities in the environmental sector). Not forgetting the continuation of all our innovation projects linked to the future of automotive and aeronautical cockpits.

2024 was also a pivotal year in which Human design Group initiated new positioning issues, which you will read about below, and which already project us towards 2025 and beyond. They augur new development opportunities for our company, in line with our human-centred expertise and the technological and usage changes to come.

Starting with the subject of technological hybridisation (« The machine man »We are also working on the feasibility of new operational concepts based on the integration of Artificial Intelligence in the operation of complex high-risk systems. At the same time, our neuroscience teams in our Man-System Research and Innovation Centre (CRIHS) are developing research work in connection with the « Augmented man »It also involves measuring psychophysiological parameters to help control performance under stressful conditions (stress, workload, fatigue, kinetosis). Finally, and this time from the angle of « Augmented engineering »We have the resources to provide our customers (R&D and projects) with experimental virtual environments in which to assess the operational efficiency of their solutions.

I hope that our convictions as well as these new positioning issues will be a source of inspiration for you and an invitation to build new human-centred synergies together in 2025.

I would like to wish you all a happy new year, one that is marked by confidence and the desire to be enterprising.

“In our time, the only quarrel that counts is that of man.
It's mankind that needs to be saved, nurtured and developed.”
