Feasibility study for the digitisation of a control tower

Search for expertise to meet the needs of safety, comfort, performance, occupational risk prevention and improving working conditions for air traffic controllers in the tower.

Intervention

  • Implementing an approach that focuses on the user experience and human factors.
  • Business analysis to identify operational challenges and needs
  • Definition of operational situations to be observed
  • Field observations and data collection (written and visual)
  • F2F interviews to broaden understanding of needs

● Report read by the DSNA's highest authority
