The IT security tools we use are the result of the history of the organisation and its reorganisations. How to industrialise tools without impacting performance (safety): which tools to keep and which to use? Which tools should be removed? How do you decide?
We have put in place a process for analysing usage and user paths to complement the point of view expressed by the functional study carried out at the same time by the project. Our objective was to characterise the practices current jobs for provide input for strategic orientations and the tools industrialisation roadmap with users' points of view.
