Bertin Ergonomie is making its mark at PSA!

At the start of the year, the Bertin Ergonomics and Human Factors Department secured a contract for advanced engineering work aimed at defining the next generation of voice interfaces for the car manufacturer’s vehicles. The project involved identifying the associated voice commands and interactions and evaluating them using a simulator.

Since then, PSA has once again placed its trust in Bertin Ergonomie as part of the creation of a facility entirely dedicated to the ergonomics of human-machine interfaces. The collaboration extends to the drafting of design guidelines and the evaluation of the ergonomics of cockpits and modules due to be integrated into vehicles between 2015 and 2020. New studies relating to innovative in-vehicle systems are also underway.
Selected as a long-term partner on forward-looking initiatives, Bertin Ergonomie currently has around twenty expert consultants working on behalf of PSA.
